Deposit, date changes and delivery for graduation sessions
- Non-refundable $150 booking deposit, applied to the package.
- The balance is paid 48 hours before the session.
- Date changes with at least 72 hours' notice, subject to availability. The deposit moves to one rescheduled session within the next 30 days.
- If you cancel, you lose the deposit. If the weather forces a new date, there is no fee.
- There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book.
- A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. In the Deluxe package, the second location is within 5 miles of the first and travel counts within the session time.
- Usual delivery: 2 weeks. Rush delivery within 48 hours: $100.
- Packages are for one graduate; group sessions are quoted separately. Announcements include one approved design. Permits, admission fees and extra travel are not included.
Questions about graduation prices
How many photos do I see before choosing?
Every available photo from the session appears in your private gallery; from there you choose and download the 10, 25 or 40 your package includes. If you want more, 5 additional photos cost $70.
Do the graduation invitations include my photo?
Yes. They include an approved design with a photo from your session. The Deluxe package comes with 25; going up to 50 costs $15 more.
Can I pay everything on the day of the session?
The $150 deposit reserves the date, and the rest is paid 48 hours before the session.
