A videographer for your Gilbert event, without photography: three packages

If you already have a photographer and only need video for your wedding or quinceañera in Gilbert, we have three video-only event packages: $1,250 for 4 hours, $1,550 for 6 hours and $1,895 for 8 hours. All of them include the full edited video of the event; Classic adds a 1-minute highlight video, and Signature also adds a 5-minute one.

What video-only coverage includes and doesn't include

Includes: one professional videographer, continuous hours, 2 or 3 locations on the event day, the full professionally edited video, an online video gallery and a USB drive with the edited video.
Doesn't include: a photographer or photo products, or the original unedited footage.
Highlight videos: Classic includes the 1-minute one; Signature includes the 1-minute and the 5-minute ones.

Terms of video-only coverage

Hold your date with $500. The deposit is applied to the total and holds your date for you alone.
The balance in installments, paid in full one month before the event.
If you cancel 4 months or more before the event, you lose only your $500 deposit. With less than 4 months, you lose everything paid.
Date change: once, 4 months or more ahead and only if the new date is free; otherwise, $500.
No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Farther away, travel costs are agreed in writing in an addendum.
Coverage ends at 10:00 p.m. After that, each extra hour costs $150 and is paid before delivery.
You choose your photos online within 4 weeks after the event. Usual delivery, from when you choose: 2 to 4 weeks for photo only; 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video.
We keep your files for 1 year. Download and back up your gallery within the first year.

Questions about the video-only packages

Can I work with my own photographer?

Yes. We coordinate with them before the event to plan positions and timing, so no one blocks anyone's shot. If another crew blocks the shots, the coverage may end, as the contract states.

Can I add highlight videos to Essential?

Yes. The 1-minute highlight video costs $100 and the 5-minute one $160. You can also add the Digital Video Streaming Experience for $450.

When will I get my video?

Usual delivery for an event with video is 4 to 8 weeks. The contract sets the final timelines.
