What photography-only coverage includes and doesn't include
- Includes: one professional photographer, continuous hours, 2 or 3 locations on the event day, hand editing of every final photo, an online gallery and a USB drive with your edited photos.
- Doesn't include: a pre-event photo session or video. In the gallery you see all the available photos; downloads beyond the ones included are bought separately.
- Classic and Signature: add a framed and laminated 16×20 photo. Signature adds a 20-page 8×8 professional album.
Terms of photography-only coverage
- Hold your date with $500. The deposit is applied to the total and holds your date for you alone.
- The balance in installments, paid in full one month before the event.
- If you cancel 4 months or more before the event, you lose only your $500 deposit. With less than 4 months, you lose everything paid.
- Date change: once, 4 months or more ahead and only if the new date is free; otherwise, $500.
- No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Farther away, travel costs are agreed in writing in an addendum.
- Coverage ends at 10:00 p.m. After that, each extra hour costs $150 and is paid before delivery.
- You choose your photos online within 4 weeks after the event. Usual delivery, from when you choose: 2 to 4 weeks for photo only; 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video.
- We keep your files for 1 year. Download and back up your gallery within the first year.
Questions about the photography-only packages
Can I add hours to a photography-only package?
Yes. Each extra hour at the event costs $150 and is agreed in writing before the date. For coverage longer than 8 hours we give you a quote, because the photo and video packages are usually the better fit.
Can I buy more digital photos later?
Yes. From the online gallery you order single photos or bundles: 5 photos $70, 10 photos $105, 25 photos $190, or all the final edited photos for $595.
When will I get my photos?
Usual delivery is 2 to 4 weeks from when you choose your photos. You have 4 weeks after the event to choose. The contract sets the final timelines.
