What we cover at a quinceañera in Gilbert
We cover the whole celebration: the pre-event photo session, getting ready, the Mass, the grand entrance, the waltz, the toast, the surprise dance and the party. The photographer and the videographer plan every moment together, so no one blocks the shot and no moment is repeated for the camera.
- Pre-event photo session (1 hour): portraits in the gown at a Gilbert park or garden, at least 2 weeks before the event.
- Getting ready: hair, makeup, the gown, the shoes and the family together.
- Mass: the entrance, the blessing and the exit, following each parish's rules.
- Reception: the entrance with the court of honor, the waltz, the toast, the changing of the shoes, the crowning, the last doll and the surprise dance.

Why you should tell your photo and video team about the surprises
A well-documented surprise moves people twice: you see the entrance and, at the same time, the reaction of the people who didn't expect it. At one quinceañera we covered, we were told about "a surprise" during the meal, and it turned out to be three: a group of dancers, a classic car and the quinceañera on horseback. Our fixed cameras saved us, but the best positions are planned ahead. Keep the secret from the guests, not from us.
That's why we ask for the itinerary one month before the event, with the dances, the special entrances and any surprise the family plans on its own.
Two or three quinceañeras at the same party
If two cousins or sisters celebrate together, each one deserves her changing of the shoes, her crowning and her waltz on camera. Those moments last minutes and don't happen again. With one photographer, when they happen at the same time in different places, one of them gets missed. Tell us at the consultation how many honorees there will be, and we'll plan the team: an additional photographer costs $500 for the first 4 hours.

Review and sign your contract
You receive the contract with your package, what it includes and the price of each extra, to sign from your phone.
Reserve your date with $500
The rest is paid in installments, in full one month before the event. One month before, you also send us the itinerary.
When is the quinceañera's pre-event photo session?
At least 2 weeks before the event, at a location in or near Gilbert. It lasts 1 hour and is included in all three packages. An adult from the family stays with the quinceañera during the session.
Can you cover the Mass and the hall if they are in different cities?
Yes. The packages include 2, 3 or 4 locations on the event day, and travel between them counts within the coverage hours. No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60).
How late does the team stay at the party?
Coverage ends at 10:00 pm. If the party keeps going and you want us to stay, each extra hour costs $150 and is paid before delivery.
What if guests take photos with their phones?
They're welcome. For group photos we ask for a few seconds so everyone looks at our camera, and then everyone takes their own. The professional photos stay in your gallery for the whole family.
Do you offer only the quinceañera photo session, without covering the party?
Yes. The quinceañera session is sold on its own from $350, with 10, 20 or 30 edited digital photos.
