Fixed-price extras for your wedding
Every extra has a published price and is written into the contract. At weddings, the most requested are the extra hour, the second photographer or videographer for two getting-ready locations, and additional digital photos.

Payments, cancellations and delivery for your wedding
- Hold your date with $500. The deposit is applied to the total and holds your date for you alone.
- The balance in installments, paid in full one month before the event.
- If you cancel 4 months or more before the event, you lose only your $500 deposit. With less than 4 months, you lose everything paid.
- Date change: once, 4 months or more ahead and only if the new date is free; otherwise, $500.
- No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60). Farther away, travel costs are agreed in writing in an addendum.
- Coverage ends at 10:00 p.m. After that, each extra hour costs $150 and is paid before delivery.
- You choose your photos online within 4 weeks after the event. Usual delivery, from when you choose: 2 to 4 weeks for photo only; 4 to 8 weeks for photo and video.
- We keep your files for 1 year. Download and back up your gallery within the first year.
Questions about wedding prices
Are there wedding charges that don't appear in the price?
No. You pay for the package plus the extras you choose. Hours after 10:00 pm cost $150 each, and travel costs beyond 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60) are agreed in writing before the wedding.
Can I add extras after signing the contract?
Yes, until the final payment, one month before the wedding. The additional photographer or videographer is also booked before that date.
What does the Digital Video Streaming Experience include?
A link so your family can watch the wedding video from anywhere, including those who couldn't travel. It's different from the Event Website, which gathers photos, slideshows and the full video in one place so you can watch them again.
Can I print the photos I download?
Yes. Downloads include permission to print your photos for personal use, and when you book us we send you a 20% discount code for professional prints ordered online.
