What we cover on your wedding day
We cover the whole day with two people who work together: one takes the photos and the other films the video. Because they plan the angles together, no one steps into the other's shot, and you deal with a single team.
- Engagement session (1 hour): included in all three packages, at a Gilbert garden or park.
- Getting ready: the dress, the rings, the bouquet and the family with each of you.
- Ceremony: the entrance, the vows, the rings and the exit, following the venue's rules.
- Couple session: after the ceremony or at sunset, when the light is softest.
- Reception: the entrance, the first dance, the toasts, the cake and the party.

Two getting-ready locations need two people
If the bride and the groom get ready in different houses, one person can't be at both. In that case, an additional photographer or videographer ($500 or $600 for the first 4 hours) is a good idea, or we agree to cover one of the two. We decide it with you at the consultation, not on the wedding day.
The list of people who must be in your wedding photos
Before the wedding we ask you for a short list: the grandparents, the godparents, the siblings and anyone who has to appear in the family photos. A trusted person gathers them after the ceremony, so the group photos take minutes, no one has to go looking for anyone, and you get back to the party soon.

Write to us through the form, call or send a text. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Review and sign your contract
You receive the contract with your package, what it includes and the price of each extra, to sign from your phone.
Reserve your date with $500
The rest is paid in installments, in full one month before the wedding. One month before, you also send us the itinerary.
How late do you cover the wedding reception?
Until 10:00 pm. After that, each extra hour costs $150 and is paid before delivery. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it: after 10, the key moments have usually passed.
What if the ceremony is in one city and the reception in another?
The packages include 2, 3 or 4 locations on the wedding day, and travel counts within the continuous hours. No travel fee within 50 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60).
Can you work alongside another photographer or videographer?
Guests' phones are welcome. Another professional team has to coordinate with us, because two teams that don't know each other end up blocking each other's shots.
What if it rains or it's very hot on the wedding day?
Have a covered plan B. In summer, heat and monsoon storms can change plans in minutes; if you share your plan B with us, we arrive knowing where to film from.
Do you offer only the engagement session?
Yes. The engagement session is sold on its own from $350, with 10, 20 or 30 edited digital photos.
