What a graduation photo session includes
- Cap and gown plus your outfit changes: one, two or three, depending on the package.
- Individual portraits: at a park, a campus or the place you choose. There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book. A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts.
- Family portraits: included in the Complete and Deluxe packages, within the session time.
- Edited photos: you choose your favorites in the gallery and download them.
- Graduation invitations: 25 printed and personalized, included in the Deluxe package.

When to schedule your graduation session
The best time is 2 to 4 weeks before the ceremony: you already have your gown, and the photos arrive in time for the invitations and the party. In Arizona, the last hour of the afternoon gives the softest light; at midday the sun makes shadows harsh. May dates fill up first.
What to bring to your graduation session
- Your gown, cap, stole and honor cords, ironed.
- One formal and one casual change of clothes, in solid colors.
- Your diploma or diploma cover, if you already have it, and something from your field of study or your school.
- Water and an umbrella for shade, if the session is in summer.
How to book your graduation session
Choose your package and date
Write to us with the date you want. We reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Reserve with a $150 deposit
The reservation deposit is deducted from the package. The rest is paid 48 hours before the session.
Get your photos in 2 weeks
You choose your favorites in the private gallery and download them. Rush delivery in 48 hours: $100.
Do you take group graduation photos?
Yes, with a custom quote. The published packages are for one graduate.
Can I change the date if it rains or it's too hot?
Yes, at no charge. For other changes, let us know 72 hours in advance; the deposit moves to one rescheduled session within the next 30 days.
Can you go to a specific campus or park?
Yes. There is no travel fee within 25 driving miles of Tempe, Arizona (I-10 and US-60); farther out, we quote the travel before you book. A session with more than one location stays within 5 driving miles of the spot where it starts. Location permits and entry fees are your responsibility, and we let you know if the place requires them.
Do you also cover the graduation ceremony?
The graduation packages are photo sessions. If you want coverage of the ceremony or the party, ask for a quote as an event.
